We use this site to obtain personal data from you when you contact us about services, when you submit information directly through our sign up forms, when you make a booking or purchase and if you sign up to receive a newsletter from us.

We collect personal information as part of the accommodation booking process, via online purchases, from forms on our websites and sign up to our newsletter.

 

We use that information for various reasons: to tell you about our offers and other events, occasionally to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We do not share email lists with other organisations and businesses.

Storage of personal data

In accordance to French law we will keep basic information about our customers for at least two years. 

 

If you ask us to delete your data, we will do this subject to any legal obligation on us to retain it.
